Ergobot Robotic Pick & Place Packing Station is a robotic pick and place packing system that features fully automated case packing operations that may require verifying lot or serialization numbers, varying pack counts, creating retail ready packages, or automating tasks that are difficult or unsafe for humans.

Ergopakpal Robotic Case Packer & Palletizer is ideal if you are looking to downsize your case packing and palletizing areas with a compact robotic case packer and a robotic palletizer. This system increases productivity while using minimal floor space and is equipped with an endless array of custom end effectors. The robotic case packer can safely handle just about any product that goes into a corrugated shipping case where a FANUC robotic palletizer completes the end-of-line cell.

EZ Pal Robotic Packaging is designed to be a portable end-of-line palletizing solution that improves efficiency and frees up operators for other work. This packaging robot can easily be transferred by forklift to the end of any packaging line with seamless integration to existing 3M and Combi case sealers, making it simple to add to an existing configuration. We offer these and are available in two models for max payloads of 16 & 60 lbs. w/EOAT. Additional features include a compact footprint, while accommodating pallet sizes up to 48”x42”, and operators will also appreciate easy-to-read status indicator lights and the intuitive interface and controls.

RCE – Random Case Erecting Solutions combines a FANUC M-10iD/12 six-axis robot with multiple case magazines and a bottom flap folder with an integrated 3M™ tape head for random box erecting. The FANUC robot has a flexible end of arm tool to pick and will erect multiple cases, eliminating the need for multiple erectors, the floor space they consume and costly changeover downtime.

Series Case Erectors are designed to be all essentially the same machine, but in different size frames. This modular approach allows us to integrate any size case erector with any case loader, be it an ErgoPack, Drop Packer, Horizontal Loader, or Servo Pick & Place Packers creating custom case erectors.

As a FANUC Tier 4 authorized system integrator, Hamirck now provides capabilities in addtion to drop packing and servo pick and place for case packing, as well as partition inserting and robotic palletizing for cases and bags.
