Servo Multilane Product Diverter is the new servo-driven Combi multilane product diverter that counts and indexes products from one lane up to 8 individual lanes, while maintnaining oreinetation and constant product flow.

These lane diverters can divert up ot 240 containers per minute and are used primarily for non-round bottles and cans. In addition, we offer a safe shifting ‘anti-jam’ design, with no-tool adjustments, and are available as free-standing units over your existing conveyor.

DP Bottle Turner Honey Bear Drop Packer offer honey producers automated packaging solutions with case tray erectors, case selaers, and case and tray packers. Watch (video above) as the orientation of honey bear plastic bottles is changed by turning before advancing into lane diverters and being packed into cases with a Combi DP Drop Packer.

Combi diverts a single lane of incoming product into 3 accumulating lanes prior to case packing. Watch as approximately 800 bottles of pharmaceutical liquid flow through a Combi lane diverter onto three lanes of chain conveyor.

Here you will see three lanes of personal care products enter a staging area before three bottles are case packed into two cases at a time. An automatic case packing solution for this unusual pack pattern was provided by Combi’s engineering team.
