AS&E Particulate Volumetric Fillers can be configured with multiple fillers for multilane packaging lines. Lanes include individual servo and stepper motors axis’s for product filling and agitation. We offer custom, interchangeable, rotary platen cup pockets, to fill simple to difficult products, and are designed to adapt and adjust for different products and fill volumes.
These filling systems include no container, no-fill detection sensors, custom drop tubes, QD cables, and +/- 3″ tool-less fill height adjustments. We offer customizable configurations that provide high speed, 100+ containers per minute for accurate filling of a wide range of products and containers in a small footprint.
We offer full standalone controls with the HMI mounted in the main control cabinet and an integrated scale feedback loop system allowing operators to precisely control fill weight without calculations or subjectivity.
