Our Super Sack & Bulk Bags, filling machinery range from basic stand-alone units to sophisticated systems. In addition, they offer low-capacity fillers to ultra-high capacity Feeder/Filler systems. They are matched to the budget and capacity requirements of the application and will deliver optimum performance with maximum cost-effectiveness.

We offer the following models:

Swing-Down Fillers are designed for medium to high-capacity applications. This revolutionary design brings the fill head to the operator at floor level for faster, safer and easier bag connections.

Rear-Post Fillers are intended for medium-to high-capacity applications requiring pass-through conveyors and/or powered fill head height adjustment.

Twin-Center Post Fillers satisfy low-to medium-capacity filling requirements and/or sanitary applications where frequent wash-down or compliance with USDA Dairy standards is required.

Basic Fillers for our Super Sack & Bulk Bags, filling machinery will be a lighter-duty version of the TWIN-CENTERPOST™ fillers. They are designed to reduce cost, yet offer an inflatable bag spout seal and feed chute dust vent as standard, and with a limited list of performance options.

An AS&E Standalone Auger Filler can fill Bulk Bags up to 50 pounds. These can be standalone or portable, mounted on a stainless steel tubular frame, with casters and floor pads, and includes a 24″ x 24″ x 12″ stainless steel enclosure.

As shown here in a few videos, the operators and production teams are intuitively provided a wealth performance information. We understand the critical value of this data and incorporate that into every HMI screen.

Standard features include a 22 gallon stainless steel hopper, 6″ diameter inflatable bag clamp, stainless steel spout and frame assembly, 2x 12 KG load cells and Ethernet/IP scale amplifier, foot pedal for manual bag actuation, filter regulator with cutoff valve, 3-port SV for bag clamp, ASE’s exclusive algorithms for bulk-dribble, taper feed modes, photo sensor for bag detection before and during fill mode with semi-automatic and manual foot feed initiation.

In addition we typically offer a #52 free flow (or non-free flow) auger tooling set to include: a #52 straight auger, a #52 straight funnel, spinner plate w/ LH nuts, 10″ collector funnel assembly, 5″ diameter dust shroud, 4″ diameter drop tube, and a single 2″ diameter vacuum port, and a vented lid.
