Simplex - Duplex - Quadruplex
AS&E Multilane Single Serve Servo auger fillers are designed to quickly and accurately fill for sachets, stick packs, single serve cups, bowls, trays, etc. This series allows for multiple filling lanes where each lane is run by its own servo motor, providing separate agitation by lane.
These innovative packaging machines fill and already seal premade custom pouches, so no roll stock is required. The end result – your packaged product looks modern, offers convenience, and differentiates yourself from your competition.
We offer 3 premade pouch filling machine models where all the models are automatic feed, fill, and seal. Products range from snacks, legal cannabis, and easily integrate with volumetric, multi-head weighers, liquid pump, auger filler, and cup fillers, as well as infeed and outfeed conveying equipment.
The Simplex model is a single lane and can fill up to 60 premade pouches, the Duplex is a dual lane and can fill up to 120 premade pouches, and the Quadraplex is a 4 lane rated up to 200 premade pouches per minute.

Our Rotary Cup Machines are fully automatic and can deliver food products up to 40 cups per lane, per minute, with configurations up to 3 lanes, and with cup sizes ranging from 1- 16 ounces.

They are equipped with a solid state PLC and a touchscreen HMI gives flexibility to configure the equipment properly for your application.
